Expected study format: Part, Operator, Trial, Measurement. Trial is optional if each Part × Operator cell has repeated measurements. Uploaded files replace the CSV data box.
Tolerance-based metrics are shown only when LSL and USL are both entered.
Interpretation Guide
Gage R&R separates observed measurement variation into repeatability, reproducibility, combined measurement-system variation, and part-to-part variation. Lower %GRR generally indicates a more useful measurement system.
ANOVA method: variance components are estimated from Part, Operator, Part × Operator, and Repeatability mean squares.
Xbar and R method: EV = R̄ / d₂, AV is estimated from operator-average ranges, GRR = √(EV² + AV²), PV is estimated from part-average ranges, and NDC = floor(1.41 × PV / GRR).
Xbar and R method: EV = R̄ / d₂, AV is estimated from operator-average ranges, GRR = √(EV² + AV²), PV is estimated from part-average ranges, and NDC = floor(1.41 × PV / GRR).
